Meat Business

For those who would like to follow the progress of the meat business Productos Carnicos La Mision, we have started a new website.  Click on the following link to read the latest updates:  www.carnisimo.blogspot.com  We have created separate websites to reduce confusion between the nonprofit activities of The Fatted Calf and the Mexican corporation Productos Carnico La Mision.  However, the two have similar missions.  The Fatted Calf’s purpose is to provide training and career development to the fatherless and less-privileged of Mexico, and Productos Carnicos La Mision’s purpose is to provide career opportunities to the fatherless and less-privileged of Mexico.  In other words, The Fatted Calf has a mission of education and mentorship, whereas the mission of Productos Carnicos La Mision is to create jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities.
