In the next few blog posts, we will catch up and highlight some activities of The Fatted Calf from the past few months, August thru October. Among the highlights were executing the 7th annual Expo Esperanza, saying farewell to the 2016 Summer Interns, hiring employees at Rancho Agua Viva, AI'ing replacement heifers, and adding baby calves to the herd. Time is not standing still!
