Since 2009, Carnísimo and Café Sed have operated side by side...
But this past February, Katie closed the door
And re-opened in a new location
Café Sed outgrew their old location and moved into a historic building that offers more space and new opportunity. And left space for Carnísimo to expand into the restaurant business. We project to open in April.
But first .... the building needs a little remodeling
The counter is raised for take-out. And a kitchen will be installed.
A local carpenter, Ramón, is at work for us once again!
Every day, progress is made and it's coming together!
Limón and Duane returned from Hermosillo with a load of restaurant equipment.
Booths are being made by Adam Kaeb who is visiting in Magdalena for a few weeks.
