For several years now, the staff and work team members at Casa Vida y Esperanza have been preparing a Thanksgiving dinner for people of Magdalena. It keeps growing each year and this year we served about 350 people. For the past three years, we have smoked and cooked the turkeys at Productos Carnicos La Mision. .
We smoked 18 turkeys this year; here they are ready to go into the smokehouse
