The Team...

 Claudia, employed since 2011, is production manager for Carnisimo meat processing.  She also manages payroll, taxes and sales.

Carnísimo, the original business of  Productos Carnícos la Misión, continues to provide high quality, delicious meat products for sale in Sonora, MX.  With a great team of employees the meat snacks are made weekly to sell in convenient stores.  Bombas, thin-sliced steak for grilling (Carne Asada), ground beef, and pulled pork are provided to local restaurants.
